Leave applications
A leave request can be made as an all day and hourly request (only in special cases). Holidays are distinguished from other absences by the fact that their deletion from the schedule (this applies to leaves added by accepting the application) causes an e-mail to be sent to the HR employee with information about the withdrawal of the leave.
- 1Hourly application
-
An employee may submit an application for leave during working hours only when the remaining leave limit is less than the employee's full-time position. For example, an employee with a 1/2 job may apply for an hourly leave if he has less than 4 hours of leave to be taken. Such a request can be approved by the manager.
In other cases (when the remaining leave is greater than the employee's full-time position), only a person with HR qualifications may submit an application for an hourly reduction for the employee and only the employee may accept such an application.
When applying for an hourly leave, it is also necessary that the leave time is a number that is divisible by 5. The only exception is when the employee's remaining limit does not fit into full hours - it is, for example, 2h 12min. In this case, the employee may apply for a leave, the duration of which is not a number divisible by 5 (e.g. 1h 12min), but only if, after submitting such an application, the remaining limit will be within full hours (i.e. not 1h 30 min).
- 2All day application
-
An application for an all-day vacation, regardless of how many hours have been scheduled on a given day, is made by setting the appropriate dates in the form without setting the hours (they are as 00:00).
