Schedule layout

The schedule planned in a given object is defined in the company's settings through the positions assigned to it and the number of employees in these positions. To initialize the schedule, the system searches for employees from current employment contracts for positions in the object. The schedule consists of the following elements:

  1. Information on the accounting period (months, number of hours) and information on the number of hours in a given month
  2. Action "Previous", "Next"
  3. Action "Generate schedule"
  4. Action "Schedule employees"
  5. Employee statistic
  6. Action "Count schedule"
  7. Action "Approve"
  8. Schedule cell
  9. Action "Print"
