An employee can be delegated to another object, but he cannot have scheduled work scheduled for the days he is transferred.

For example: between 01/02/2021 and 14/02/2021, an employee should be in the Sklep CH Arkadia object, and from 02/15/2021 he was transferred to the Sklep Galeria Północna object.

To do:

1Edit an existing object

Enter the employee edition, in the current employee object and set the date until (02/14/2021) (fig.). Note: the employee cannot have scheduled work in this object after 02/14/2021.

2Add a new assignment to the object

You should add a new assignment to the object with the "Add" option and set the date in it from: 02/15/2021. If you do not know if an employee will be moved from this object, you do not need to set the date to.

3See the schedule view

On the schedule, the days that cannot be scheduled for the employee are greyed out (Fig.).

4Add extra scheduling

If the schedule in the object to which the employee has been transferred is at the planning stage, the employee appears on the list of people. In case the planned schedule is already approved, you need to add it with the "Add extra scheduling" option (description of the option here ) .
