Basic concepts
- Object - an organization unit in company, e.g. a shop, section, department or team subject to joint planning of working time
- Schedule planned - a schedule prepared by the supervisor of a specific object. According to the Labor Code, the employee?s working time schedule may be prepared in writing or electronically for a period shorter than the accounting period. However, it must last for at least 1 month. The employer is obliged to hand over the working time schedule to the employee at least 1 week before the commencement of the working period for which the schedule was prepared (Article 129 § 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
- Executed schedule - a planned schedule which is changing/updating during the accounting period by the supervisor of a specific object, e.g due to the employee?s illness, requested leave, overtime, etc.
