Elements checked during the creation and approval of the application

When the employee submits the application and the supervisor approves the application, the application checks the following elements:

OVERTIMES

Things checked when sending the application by the employee:

  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Whether the schedule was generated for a given month?
  • Was a job found on the schedule performed on the requested date?
  • Does the entered number of overtime hours violate the employee's daily rest?

Things checked upon approval of the application by the manager:

  • Has a job been found on the schedule for the requested day?
  • Whether the schedule was generated for the requested month?
  • Whether the schedule being executed was not approved on the requested date?
  • Whether the schedule being performed has overtime on the requested day?
  • Whether the schedule is absent on the requested date?


DAY OFF FOR WORK ON SUNDAY/ HOLIDAY

Things checked when sending the application by the employee:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Isn't the day of holidays empty?
  • Whether the employee is assigned to the object on the requested date?
  • Whether the schedule being executed has already been approved for that day?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?

Things checked upon approval of the application by the manager:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Isn't the day of holidays empty?
  • Whether the employee is assigned to the object on the requested date?
  • Whether the schedule being executed has already been approved for that day?
  • Has the day not already been compensated?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?


COLLECTION OF OVER HOURS

Things checked when sending the application by the employee:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • That overtime collection does not start before work commences?
  • Was a job found on the executed schedule on the requested day for a given employee?
  • Whether pickup starts or ends with business hour?
  • That pickup does not end after the working end time of the day?
  • Whether the schedule was generated for the requested month?
  • Whether the schedule being executed is not approved on the requested date?
  • Does the executed schedule do not have overtime on the requested day?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?

Things checked upon approval of the application by the manager:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • That overtime collection does not start before work commences?

  • Does the employee have leave limits set for the current or previous year if the company has a leave limit control set
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?

Things checked upon approval of the application by the manager:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Does the employee have leave limits set for the current or previous year if the company has a leave limit control set
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?


LEAVE ON DEMAND

Things checked when sending the application by the employee:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Does the employee have leave limits set for the current or previous year if the company has a leave limit control set
  • Does the employee have no absenteeism on the requested date?
  • Whether the executed schedule was generated for the requested month?
  • Whether the schedule being executed is not approved on the requested date?
  • Does the executed schedule do not have overtime on the requested day?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?
  • Whether the available leave on demand limit has not been exceeded (sending an application does not reduce the limit pool until the application is approved)?

Things checked upon approval of the application by the manager:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Does the employee have leave limits set for the current or previous year if the company has a leave limit control set
  • Is vacation on demand broken down by hours?
  • Does the employee have no absenteeism on the requested date?
  • Whether the executed schedule was generated for the requested month?
  • Whether the schedule being executed is not approved on the requested date?
  • Does the executed schedule do not have overtime on the requested day?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?
  • Whether the available leave on demand limit has not been exceeded (sending an application does not reduce the limit pool until the application is approved)?


CHILDCARE LEAVE

Things checked when sending the application by the employee:

  • Does the employee have a contract on the requested days?
  • Is there a request of the same type for a given period of time?
  • Does the executed schedule have no absences on the requested date?

SPECIAL LEAVE
