Printing employee attendance lists
From the prepared planned schedule, it is possible to generate an attendance list for all employees of a given facility.
To do:
- 1Select an employee attendance list

In order to generate the attendance list, on the Reports tab, select report no. 6 - Object attendance list.
- 2Set the report parameters

After selecting the report, a window will appear in which you should set the report parameters:
- report format - XLS or PDF
- object for which the attendance list will be generated
- period for which the attendance list will be generated
- 3Generate report

A report will be generated to Excel or PDF with a time sheet for employees of a given object. Working hours from the planned schedule are already on the list. The Column of Working Hours Schedule Performed (if different than the plan) should be completed only when working hours will be different than scheduled. If there is no change, then in this case this place should not be supplemented.
