ADD EXTRA SCHEDULING
Add extra scheduling is a function that allows you to add an employee to a previously approved schedule. This operation makes it possible, for example, to add an employee who was hired during the month to the schedule.
To do:
- 1Add extra scheduling

To add extra scheduling, click the Add planning option on the approved planned schedule.
- 2Set options

On the extra scheduling screen, select:
- date, i.e. the day from which the working hours are to be entered,
- working hours,
- the position of the employee we want to plan.
- 3Choose an employee

Select the employee to whom you want to plan work and click Add After this operation, the selected employee will be added to the graphic below as a plan and you can plan his work.
- 4Count schedule

After planning the work, click the Recalculate the schedule (extra scheduling) option to check whether the introduced working hours comply with the provisions of the Labor Code. When the schedule is compliant with the regulations, click the Approve Scheduling option so that the Employee is transferred to the planned schedule.
